RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE AT www.lashadvance.com.au

We take every care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the item(s) is damaged or faulty, we will accept a return or exchange.

Please contact us by email (info@lashadvance.com.au) within 20 days of receipt of the item(s).

Please contact us with a photo of the damaged or defective part and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.

Please do not dispose of the boxes used for packaging until you are sure that the item/s are not defective.

After 20 days, the item(s) is non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 20 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Lash Advance is not responsible for covering these shipping and insurance costs.

All return postage and insurance charges will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Please contact us by email (info@lashadvance.com.au) to request a return. If you do not contact us, the product will be discarded and no refund will be given.

• The item(s) must be in salable condition and have all labels and tags attached

• The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

• Returned item(s) must have a postal tracking number to verify the item(s) and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage.

• Lash Advance is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.

• All returns that are not the result of a manufacturer defect must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Exclusions

We do not accept refunds on items purchased on sale. 

For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect, these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.

Returns are managed on a case by case basis, returns that are not the result of a quality issue must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Please ensure you check your address thoroughly. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.

For exchange requests, please allow sufficient time for your exchanged

item(s) to be handled and reshipped. Typically 5 - 20 business days.

Refunds will be completed using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, Lash Advance will issue a credit note.
